1. I just paid for your software, when will I get my registration code?
It usually only takes a few minutes for you to get the return e-mail with the registration information, but becuase of delays with the mail servers, or delays at the credit card processing company, it could take longer. If you haven't received it within a few hours, feel free to contact us.
First, DO NOT delete the current version from your palm. If you do, you will lose all game save information and your registration information. If you have accidentally deleted the version, you should be able to restore it by re-installing the version in your backup folder in your palm desktop.
To upgrade, simply download the latest version and install it on your device ON TOP of the existing version.
3. Do I have to pay for the update?
No, all updates are free.
No, as of yet, there is no color version. We have considered a color version, and may someday release one. If and when we do, all registered owners will be entitled to a free upgrade.
5. I'm stuck on level X, I've been to most of the rooms but I can't seem to get out.
Some rooms are not accessible until you have visited other rooms. Still other rooms are not accessible until you have solved some specific puzzle. Ensure you have visited every room you can see on a level. If you still can't seem to find the exit, go to the map view and make sure there are no hidden doors that you might have missed.
6. When I try to open door X, it says I need Y key. Where is Y key?
Every key that you need to complete a level will be somewhere on that level. Continue to search. Sometimes, you must find a hidden room to find a key. See #5 above.
7. What do I do with the numbers on the floor on level 10?
Notice that the numbers are in chronological order. Have you tried visiting the rooms in that order and then looking for a hidden door to become visible?
8. I'm at the victory screen on level 10, but I can't seem to restart a new game.
The first version had a bug that didn't allow you to start a new game. Ensure you have downloaded and installed version 1.0a. See #2 above.
9. I deleted Dungeon Lore, but I want to play again. What can I do?
You will need to restore your game from your backup folder on your Palm Desktop. See the Palm help for information on how to restore deleted applications.
10. Will you be adding additional add-ons, such as new monsters?
At this time we have no plans to extend Dungeon Lore. We have already started working on Dungeon Lore 2 which we plan to offer a dungeon editor. We may also provide a monster editor as well. All Dungeon Lore registered owners will receive Dungeon Lore 2 at a special price.
